В первые дни мая, с 2-го по 4-е, в университете небольшого турецкого городка Гиресун (Giresun), расположенного на южном побережье Черного моря, прошла V-я международная конференция «Открытый мир тюрков», на которую были приглашены 40 представителей из 12 стран тюркского ареала проживания – Ирана, Ирака, Афганистана, Сирии, СУАР, Румынии, Македонии, Азербайджана, Казахстана, Кыргызстана, Узбекистана и Украины.

По моим впечатлениям, своеобразие конференции состояло в том, что серьезные академические доклады участников конференции перемежались с поэтическими репризами некоторых делегатов, что придавало атмосфере конференции особую теплоту и доверительность.

Это впечатление эмоционально усиливалось во второй половине рабочих дней конференции, которые были посвящены выступлениям этнографических коллективов представляющих страны-участницы.

Что касается содержания докладов участников, то большая часть из них была посвящена культурной составляющей политической жизни их стран. Докладчики делились своим опытом возрождения и сохранения культурных традиций в условиях мощного давления со стороны масс-культуры, унифицирующей социальное и культурное пространство.

В своем докладе на пленарной части конференции, ее основной модератор, профессор Али Кавказлы особо подчеркнул значение культурных связей и традиций, общих для всех стран тюркского ареала и стран, в которых этнические тюрки живут в формате анклавов. Информация об истории, традициях и современных культурных процессах выступает мощным импульсом и катализатором их современного развития и, в определенной мере, гарантией сохранения нашей этнокультурной идентичности. В направлении развития этих связей важны не только теоретические разработки академических ученых, но, далеко не в последнюю очередь, и культурные артефакты, а также живое воспроизводство реликтов традиционной музыкальной культуры наших народов.

В подобном контексте прозвучало выступление Лауреата государственной премии имени Токтогула Сатылганова, доктора искусствоведения Розы Амановой. Она же, прочла интересный доклад об исполнительской технике национального инструмента кыргызов – комузе – синтезе музыкального звука и жеста, наглядно продемонстрировав эту технику виртуозным исполнением, во время которого комуз взлетал над головой, скрывался за спиной, сохраняя чистое звучание мелодии.

Яркой иллюстрацией традиционной казахской инструментальной музыки стало выступление Ержана кзыл-ординского домбрачи Ержана Аркабаева. Музыкант прочел лекцию о традициях казахской инструментальной музыки и презентовал кюй «Аксак кулан», в котором языком музыки велся рассказ о гибели на охоте сына хана.

Свой доклад профессор Киевского университета культуры Мыкола Васькив посвятил мало исследованной теме турецко-украинских отношений в историческом развитии. «Мы изучаем эти отношения как нескончаемые войны под углом зрения российской исторической школы, в которых турки выступали как безжалостные захватчики. В отдельные эпизоды этой «истории», украинское казачество совершали военные диверсии против османской Турции, что свидетельствовало об их героизме.

В реальности, подобные описания исторических взаимоотношений между нашими народами характеризовалось достаточно интенсивными культурными контактами, чему свидетельствуют многочисленные артефакты, топонимы и гидронимы. Нам необходима реконструкция нашей реальной истории с точки зрения наших национальных интересов, а не кальки, создаваемой по лекалам, российской исторической науки, завершил он свое выступление.

Автор этих строк посвятил свой доклад формированию общего общетюрского историко-философского дискурса, сославшись на высказывание индийского государственного и общественного деятеля Джавахарлала Неру, который писал: «Я изучал Индию как просвещенный европеец».

Действительно, корпус наших исторических исследований испещрен многочисленными ссылками на работы российских и иностранных путешественников и историков. Поучается, что описание нашей истории и культуры производилось под углом зрения внешних источников. Соответственно, что и оценки тех или иных традиций, образ жизни, хозяйственно-экономический уклад, культура и искусство рассматривались в системе и в контексте европоцентризма. При подобном подходе, описание жизни наших предков, в лучшем случае, ограничивались этнографией. Чаще всего, как некое состояние, не соответствующее культурным стандартам.

В 1995 году, группа ученых Казахстана опубликовала сборник статей под названием «Эстетика кочевья», весь тираж которого был незамедлительно уничтожен, а авторы обвинены в ненаучном подходе при описании кочевнического уклада жизни.

Государственный суверенитет тюрко-язычных стран постсоветского пространства ставит перед нами - учеными грандиозную задачу – создать культурно-исторический дискурс нашего общего прошлого с его традициями и духовной культурой. Для этого всем нам необходимо, в первую очередь, изучать историю не в современных государственных границах, а в историко-культурном пространстве, в котором жили наши предки. В этих условиях нескончаемые споры о том, к какой нации принадлежит Коркут-ата (Дада Коркут), Аль-Фараби, Хаджи Ахмет Яссави, Юсуф Баласагуни, Алишер Навои и многие другие созидатели нашей общей культуры перейдут в фазу реального и конструктивного формата. Станут базисом научного и культурного дискурса, на основе которого можно будет строить адекватные исторические исследования, соответствующие нашему месту в мировой культуре.

В ином случае наши культуры превратятся в объект этнографических исследований, основанных на внешних критериях и оценках.

И последнее. В эти дни крымские татары испытывают жесткие преследования со стороны оккупационных властей России. Мы не можем стоять в стороне от этой трагедии и всеми доступными нам средствами поддерживать их.

Вернее, отсутствие манер при определении собственной идентичности: " Я - ваших! Ебашим кто ненаших!". Но видно не сложилось в Сечи - "кто не наших, тот москаль!". Да, трудно утверждать азиату превосходство белой расы...но кушать хочется всегда...
