«Казахстанским активистам Ермеку Нарымбаеву и Мольдир Адиловой, сбежавшим летом 2016 года в Украину, политическое убежище не предоставят. Об этом сообщила миграционная служба Украины, которая посчитала необоснованным прошение об убежище. Теперь, по истечении срока пребывания на Украине, Ермек Нарымбаев и Мольдир Адилова могут быть депортированы в Казахстан.

Удрученные этим обстоятельством, активисты через местные информационные средства пытаются представить себя непримиримыми оппонентами казахстанской власти, политическими диссидентами, выехавшими за рубеж из-за угрозы их жизни.

Стремясь любыми путями остаться в Украине, они уверяют, что в конфликте за Донбасс и Крым изначально поддерживали не Россию, а Украину. Однако украинские власти все равно с недоверием относятся к их утверждениям.

Причины отказа

Недоверию украинских властей к аргументам Ермека Нарымбаева и Мольдир Адиловой есть несколько причин.

Так, Ермек Нарымбаев был вместе с Серикжаном Мамбеталиным заключен под стражу, а затем осужден за рекламирование отрывка из книги Мурата Телибекова «Ветер с улицы» в социальных сетях — там была допущена нецензурную брань в адрес казахов. В последующем оба фигуранта признали свою вину и раскаялись в содеянном. Суд, принимая это во внимание, ограничил свободу Мамбеталина на один год и запретил ему занимается общественной деятельностью в течение трех лет. А трехгодичное тюремное заключение Ермека Нарымбаева было заменено ограничением свободы на этот же срок. Казалось бы, инцидент исчерпан, однако Ермек Нарымбаев бежит в Украину. То, что его побег имеет совсем другую причину, стало известно позже.

По словам самого Нарымбаева, на территорию Кыргызстана он попал не через таможенный пост, а переплыв реку. Затем через Турцию он прибыл в Украину, а Мольдир Адилова совершила прямой перелет из Алматы в Киев. Сейчас они живут в съемной двухкомнатной квартире на окраине Киева.

Еще одна причина недоверия украинских властей — тот факт, что до недавнего времени Нарымбаев был ярым сторонником коммунистической идеологии. А сегодня Украина подвергает тщательной политической ревизии идеологию коммунизма, отвергая ее.

Конечно, сейчас Ермек Нарымбаев даже не хочет вспоминать свой коммунистический марш. В интервью украинским журналистам он ограничивается лишь рассказами о преследованиях правоохранительными органами Казахстана.

Оказывается, его даже оштрафовали за выгул собаки без намордника...

«Я ценный специалист — адвокат, финансовый эксперт, специализировался на мошенничестве банкиров. Это было бы полезно и Украине, и мне. Но пока мы вынуждены жить без работы», — сокрушается Нарымбаев.

На вопрос украинского журналиста, «почему вы выбрали Украину?», ответил:

«Во-первых, мы за нее дрались. Вся оппозиция последние три-четыре года дралась за Украину. Мы защищали вас, переживали, болели за вас. Каждый успех и неудача Майдана и борьбы с Россией откликались в нашей душе».

Увы, для предоставления политического убежища украинской власти потребовались более весомые доказательства».
